8TALLET Strengthens Collaboration and Saves Time with Agenda
When the board of one of Denmark’s most iconic residential buildings set out to improve meeting routines and collaboration, they chose Agenda by Enable 365. The result? Less email chaos, better teamwork, and a more professional meeting culture.

Organization: 8Tallet, Copenhagen, Denmark
Residents: 475 housing units, 30 commercial spaces
Interviewee: Lars Schorling, Board Member responsible for IT and Social Platforms
Uses Agenda for: Efficient meeting planning and collaborative meetings
Agenda adopted: 2024
A Village in the City – with Professional Demands
8Tallet in Copenhagen is not just an architectural landmark; it’s a vibrant village with 475 homes, over 30 businesses, and an active social community. With significant financial and organizational responsibilities, the board must operate in a professional manner.

“We have an annual budget of over 16 million DKK. That requires a professional board,” says Lars Schorling, responsible for IT and social platforms on the 8Tallet board.
Before adopting Agenda, the board relied solely on private email to plan and manage meetings – a method that quickly became time-consuming and disorganized.
From Fragmented Tools to Better Collaboration
Lars was already familiar with Agenda from another context and took the initiative to introduce it to the board.
“Previously, sharing meeting minutes with residents was a cumbersome and manual process.”
With Agenda, board members can add agenda items in advance, use ready-made meeting templates, attach relevant files, and write meeting minutes directly in the platform. Minutes are easily exported as PDFs and uploaded to 8Tallet’s internal platform, accessible to both the board and residents.
More Time, Less Email – and Open Meetings
Before Agenda, board members discussed agenda items through long email threads, and one person had to manually compile and update everything.
“Now everyone can add new items directly in Agenda before meetings. It saves us a lot of time and removes the bottleneck of one person doing all the updates,” says Lars.
Here’s how 8Tallet uses Agenda in practice:
- Before the meeting: They use a pre-made template that ensures 10 standard topics, like finances, are always covered.
- Before the meeting: Board members add their items and upload relevant documents.
- During the meeting: The board secretary records attendance and writes minutes directly in the system. Tasks can also be assigned via Planner, though 8Tallet hasn’t used this feature yet. Everything happens within the same interface.
- After the meeting: The minutes are exported to PDF and shared on 8Tallet’s internal platform to ensure transparency.
While Agenda hasn’t made meetings more structured (the board already had strong meeting discipline), it has made collaboration easier and lowered the barrier for active participation in meeting preparation.

Looking Ahead: Closer Integration with PlanIt
8Tallet is also exploring the combination of Agenda and Enable’s other app, Planit – a yearly planning tool for Teams. They see potential in using Planit for annual planning and better visibility of the board’s work.
“I like the idea of using Planit to make our annual plan visible to residents and partners on our website,” says Lars.
With Planit, the board hopes to make their work even more transparent and open to the community.
Recommends Agenda for Boards, Organizations, and Communities
Lars is clear about who Agenda is ideal for:
“Agenda is perfect for boards, organizations, and communities that want to save time and improve internal collaboration.”
He especially highlights its suitability for smaller organizations, sports clubs, volunteer associations, and other communities where meeting routines and follow-up are often lacking. With Agenda, it becomes easier to collaborate and follow up on decisions, even in environments with limited time and many volunteers.
