The Agenda can be added as an app in the meeting to keep team members informed about the meeting’s progress.
In the teams meeting window: Add Enable 365 agenda as an app. #
The agenda will appear in the right panel with indicators displaying the progress.

Only those with access, like team members, can view the progress.
For those without access, if you have sent he agenda prior to the meeting, they can always follow along in the meeting information panel.
