Enable AS and Helse Midt-Norge: A Partnership for Better Intranet, Communication, and Patient Care
We are proud to share this success story, featured on the Microsoft Pulse blog, where Helse Midt-Norge, one of the largest health regions in Norway, talks about how Enable has helped create a new intranet based on Microsoft 365 and Viva Connections, as well as user adoption and training. The new intranet connects over 22,000 employees across various hospitals and units, providing them with a common and standardized collaboration platform.
They also discuss how Helse Midt-Norge uses our Teams app for meeting management, which simplifies the planning and execution of meetings, and most importantly, improves their workflows and communication. This app has eventually been named Agenda and is available to everyone in the Teams Store.
One of the beneficiaries of the new intranet is Mari Nevermo Hanssen, a social educator who works in a multidisciplinary team diagnosing and treating children and young people with autism. Mari explains in the article how the new intranet has improved her work efficiency, communication, and patient care.
Heidi Friden, who is responsible for information architecture and user adoption in the project, believes in true Enable style that people are as important as the technology, if not more:
“The work on the intranet has primarily been an organizational project, rather than an IT project. An intranet is only useful if it is actually used,” says Heidi.
