How to upgrade to Agenda 3.0
The latest version of Agenda (3.0) brings noteworthy changes and upgrades to the app, like the option to add Agenda as a personal app, in addition to the Tab app that many know and love. If you are still running the previous version of Agenda, it is perhaps time to update and experience the new and improved Agenda.

Is it possible to have the same meeting template in different teams?
All information is stored in their respective teams and therefore cannot be shared across teams.
How can I connect Agenda to calender?
Turn on “Group Calendar” under Settings and select “Teams meeting” when creating a meeting, then the meeting will be shown in calendar.
Is it possible to assign Planner tasks to users that don’t have a license?
Yes, they will see the task in Microsoft Planner and Outlook.
Why can’t I see a button to make Planner tasks?
In order to use Microsoft Planner you have to set it up under Settings, by selecting the Planner plan you want to use.
Why can’t I find the Planner plan I want to use?
Premium plans are not supported and is possibly the answer. You can create a dedicate Planner plan right in Agenda and it will assure that the plan is supported.

Can I use other payment methods than credit card?
Microsoft AppSource allows payment by credit card and Azure Consumption.
It is also possible to by directly from us and get an invoice.

You will get the option to buy a plan with licenses once the trial period is over.
Will our data be deleted if our free trial/license ends?
No, tha data is stored in the team and is there until the team is deleted.

How do I cancel my free trial so that I don’t have to pay?
There will not be any payment unless you subscribe and buy licenses before/after the trial ends.

Who needs a license?
A license is needed for everyone using the app.
How can I distribute the licenses?
An administrator can manage the licenses here https://enable365subscriptions.azureedge.net/subscription/planit. The administrator is by default the one who purchesed the licenses.
I have bought licenses, but get the message “No valid subscription found”
Make sure to activate the licenses here https://enable365subscriptions.azureedge.net/subscription/planit
Why do I get “No valid license” when I have bought licenses?
The purchase might not have gone through correctly.
Check by clicking the link to administrate your licenses, which should be available directly after the purchase or in a mail sendt from Microsoft.Why am I not able to activate my licenses?
Make sure to activate using the same user as used for the purchase.
How can we change administrator for the licenses?
We can change administrator, but need the GUID for the user who is getting administrator rights. The GUID is the “Object ID” for the user here, https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants/UserManagementMenuBlade/~/AllUsers.
